Shipping info

Domestic Shipping

All U.S. orders ship for free through UPS Ground. At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

If you would like faster shipping within the U.S., you can select that option at checkout for an extra cost.

Making changes to a completed order

We can only ship to the shipping address indicated when the order was originally placed. Orders can be cancelled within an hour of being placed.

How long before item is received

Most domestic orders arrive within 2-4 business days after shipment depending on your location. For international shipping, please see below.

Order tracking

Please use the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or logon to your account to track your order.

 

International Shipping 

International orders ship at a flat rate fee of $35.00 through DHL or your local post office. All prices are in USD and your card will be charged in USD. Please note that additional foreign exchange fees may be charged by your bank. We are not responsible for these fees, it must be paid by the customer.

Customs duties & other fees 

We pay duties and taxes but please note that the customer is responsible for any applicable local tax or VAT.

How long before item is received

Most international orders arrive within 7-14 business days after shipment depending on the destination country.

Returns

International orders are not returnable or exchangeable at this time, all sales are final.

 

Return Policy  

If sadly for whatever reason you hate a product you bought from us and would like to return it, please package it back into the original packaging it was shipped in and send back with the prepaid return label.

Return items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving your package from us and must be unused and in their original condition with all tags attached.

​International orders are not returnable at this time. Items marked "Final Sale" or “Clearance”cannot be returned.

Exchanges  

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

Refunds

After we receive your return, it will be inspected and you will receive a notification from us letting you know if your return is accepted or declined. 

Returns that are accepted will be processed and applied to the original method of payment used. Please note that refunds can take up to 5-10 business days to appear on your bank account depending on your bank's processing times.
